As soon as you schedule your first appointment, you will receive our welcome packet in the mail. It will be mailed to the new adventurer (patient) as he/she is preparing for their first visit to our office. Common questions before the visit are found in the "Office Policies" section. How are Appointments Scheduled? The office attempts to schedule appointments at your convenience. Preschool children are best seen in the morning because they are more rested after a good night's sleep and are generally more cooperative. Older children returning for more extensive treatment may also find the morning appointments easier. Dental appointments are an excused absence from school. We will be happy to provide your child with an excuse slip to take back to school at your request. Missing school can be kept to a minimum when regular dental care is continued. Since appointed times are reserved exclusively for each patient, we ask that you please notify our office 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment if you are unable to attend. Another patient who needs our care can be scheduled with advance notice. A failed appointment fee will be assessed when no notice is given to the office. We realize that unexpected things can happen, but ask for your consideration in this matter. Office Hours
Monday through Thursday: 8 am - 5 pm The office is closed on weekends and major holidays. We provide 24 hour coverage for emergencies for families with patients of record. We try to see all patients on an appointment basis and request that you call in advance so that we can reserve a time for you. |
